This is an oil painting on an oval panel with a gilded wooden frame that has been re-gilded with spray paint. It is advisable to strip the frame for repainting, re-gilding with gold leaf, or leaving it stripped "in its natural state." The varnish has yellowed, and stripping it will make this beautifully crafted piece shine! Frame dimensions: approximately 65.3 x 55.7 cm. Panel dimensions: approximately 55.3 x 45.7 cm.
