Bon état - à nettoyer Peintre d'origine italienne né à Brescia, Primitif Bono exposa au Salon des Artistes Français (dont il était sociétaire) de 1920 à 1939. Il s'installa en Algérie et commença a y exposer en 1923, à Oran, ce qui lui permit de se faire connaitre du public.

Il voyagea également dans le sud de l'Algérie et au Maroc. C'est un peintre de scènes typiques de la vie quotidienne mais aussi de paysages et de portraits. Bono Annotations on the reverse: Oran - vers Mers el Kébir/ To my master Th. Perroy loving memory July 3, 1939.

Good condition - to clean Painter of Italian origin born in Brescia, Primitif Bono exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français (of which he was a member) from 1920 to 1939. He settled in Algeria and began to exhibit there in 1923, in Oran, which allowed him to become known to the public. He also traveled to southern Algeria and Morocco. He is a painter of typical scenes of daily life but also of landscapes and portraits.
