Superb Painting Around 1910/1920-arrival Poisson Aux Halles De Boulogne / Mer

Superb painting (oil on wooden panel), dating from around 1910/1920 and signed. It is a landscape representing as it is written on the back of the painting, "a fish arrival at the halls of Boulogne" (boulogne-sur-mer). So you can see a square with a large building with an orange roof and a green front.

Animating the scene, there are first three women around a wooden wheelbarrow that must be loaded with fish. In front of the front of the building is also another character who seems to throw a water seal to clean the ground. Despite very brief research, I couldn't decipher the signature. This does not detract strictly from the charm of this piece with a style that can recall works of vlaminck but also to the documentary aspect of it.
