Frame: 41.7 × 32.5. (born on April 25, 1881 in Vineuil; died on November 10, 1952 in Eaubonne) was a French landscape painter and decorator. After completing his studies, he served in the military in 1902 and then settled in Paris (2 avenue de Clichy), where he was still found in 1915. Between 1916 and 1919, he moved to Eaubonne. There, he worked as a landscape painter and decorator until his death in 1952.

He was married to Rachel Bastien since 1920. Sénéry-Besnard was a member of the municipal council (city councilor) and was appointed delegate for the revision of the electoral roll of the Chamber of Trades on March 24, 1948. In 1927, Sénéry-Besnard exhibited at the La Boétie gallery in Paris.

He was also regularly represented at the Salon des Artistes Indépendants in the 1930s and 1940s. In the early 1920s, he stayed several times in Corsica.

Among the many paintings he made around Ajaccio at that time, he exhibited 35 at the French Tourism Company in Paris in 1924 (including "Blooming Mimosa," "View of the Slaughterhouses"). In 1938, he submitted a painting entitled "Bay of Ajaccio" to the Salon des Artistes Indépendants, as well as the paintings "Gulf of Chioni" (Corsica) and "The Sanguinaires" in 1943. In 1929, the town of Eaubonne commissioned him to paint five views of the town, which are now preserved in the municipal archives along with another work by the artist.

That same year, Sénéry-Besnard was tasked with decorating the courtyard of the new girls' school group (now École élémentaire Jean-Macé).
