Nicolas Riegen (1827/1889), a painter from Amsterdam in the Netherlands. Oil on canvas glued to a wooden panel depicting boats in the bay, under threatening clouds.

Probably the coast of the North Sea in the Netherlands. Signed at the bottom left. Good condition, small accident on the right due to a nail. May require a small cleaning.
