Beautiful diffuse light, with lovely reflections on the water and a vibrant touch typical of the French school of the early/mid 20th century. Palette of grays, blues, and ochres that captures the marine atmosphere well. Painting signed at the bottom left "Barle", presented in a golden frame, ready to be hung.
