Description: very nice impressionist painting made by eugene martel around 1900; landscape at the wood mill and sunrise with a peasant on the way; signed e. Martel at the bottom right; signposted to mlle lebeau in good memories at the bottom left; nice composition with superb colors (even red touches make you think of poppies) and an early day light with a sun going up; a peasant with a black cape seems to be heading towards the mill.

Dimensions: painting mahogany oil/sign 30x39 cm. Condition: painting in its juice in very good original condition; tiny slot of the panel in the middle right and old vertical mark that was made in the fresh paint.
