Elia Pesatori exhibited at the Salon des Artistes Français in Charenton from 1947 to 1971, and at the Salon des Indépendants from 1947 to 1951. His works were also included in the Furniture-Paintings exhibition held at the Centre Pompidou in Paris in 1977. He has also had numerous solo exhibitions in Paris, Vichy, and La Baule.
